Maggots turned into fish food in aquaculture sustainability shake-up

A WA company hopes to use hundreds of tonnes of food scraps from restaurants to feed maggots, which will in turn then be fed to farmed fish, cutting out the need to use wild-caught fish as an aquaculture food source.
