The Windows 10 deadline apparently failed to inspire a mass installation frenzy

July 30 was the deadline for the free Windows 10 upgrade, and market share numbers suggest there wasn't much of an installation frenzy during July. Windows 10 still doesn't have half the users that Windows 7 does.
