Buying a handgun on the dark web 'just like buying a bar of chocolate'

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives is going after illegal gun sales online via the dark web, creating a special group for that purpose. The Internet Investigations Center will give "actionable intelligence" to field divisions.
